Installations - Domestic
In many alteration projects involving works within private dwellings contact with
the occupier will be inevitable. It is important that a high level of
consideration should be given to those that we affect during the works,
particularly to those people of vulnerable nature.
These considerations will be:
- Health and safety in the work place.
- General cleanliness.
- Residents' goods and possessions.
- Efficiency in carrying out work.
- Explanation of controls and operating controls.
Our dedicated resident liaison staff will regularly carry out quality control
audits on work carried out. The information collected will be available to
our clients from our CRM system. Any subsequent corrective or remedial
action will be properly resolved.
In accordance with legislation regarding energy efficiency, all engineers
employed have a Part L certificate in
energy efficiency for domestic heating as supported by the Building Regulations.
