Repairs and Maintenance

Works of this type will be carried out with a written or verbal request from the client. Our engineers will be scheduled to attend to jobs as required and the client will be invoiced monthly for the work carried out.

We provide a 24 hour, 7 days a week, 365 days a year service, should additional works or repairs be necessary an estimate will be provided on request and any recommendations given.

Our dedicated "in house" contact centre co-ordinates all appointments between residents and our engineers. Reporting procedures keep our Clients informed, performance is benchmarked against recognised KPI's (key performance indicators). We also advise on legal requirements and any changes in the gas safety regulations. We provide our clients with online access to our Stanbase Call Centre CRM system, which provides access to Client Management history and performance reports.
